What makes Hat Full of Bees unique?

I offer 1:1 neurodiversity coaching & mentoring as well as workshops and talks.

Access to Work packages can be tailored to grant requirements. Workshops and talks can be around specific training on ADHD, as well as workshops for organisations.

You can book a chat below, complete the contact us form or pop me an email. It is important to get the right support in place not only to survive but to thrive. When we don’t quite know what is going on with our neurodivergent brains, we sometimes need someone who understands them to help us make sense of it.

Book a Chat – Discover what is possible

Book a quick discovery call with me to discuss what you might need. Whether it’s a coaching session, a talk, or a set of workshops, I will listen to your needs and tailor accordingly.

Quotations for workshops and talks will be provided once your needs are understood.

If you require a time outside the calendar availability (evening or weekend), please let me know.

One-to-One Coaching (Initial Consultation & one-off sessions) – 60 mins £60

One-to-one coaching offers space for you to map out where you want to go in bite-sized pieces. It is often difficult to know where to start. This initial session will be a time for you to discuss why you would like coaching and support you to create a plan moving forward. Time with a coach can help you prioritise and make sense of what you need to move forward. Whether that is further coaching sessions with me or a plan with another practitioner for your next steps, the time won’t be wasted.

Arrangements can be made for face-to-face sessions if needed and are geographically suitable; otherwise, the sessions take place online.

If this is to be treated as a consultation, then the number of sessions will be discussed in this session as part of the plan.

Sessions need to be conducted in a confidential setting. When working online, please be in a place where you can speak freely. I work from confidential spaces, and your confidentiality is respected at all times.

If you require time outside the calendar availability (evening or weekend), please let me know.

1:1 Coaching Block of 4 sessions x 60 mins £200

It is beneficial to have had a consultation prior to booking a block of sessions, as this is really where the work starts. Especially if you want to learn more about your ADHD and how it may be impacting you in your day-to-day life. ADHD requires ongoing management, and if you are here, you are looking for those strategies that are required to support you in making sense of your world pre- or post-diagnosis.

The block of 4 carries a discount.

Sessions need to be conducted in a confidential setting. When working online, please be in a place where you can speak freely. I work from confidential spaces, and your confidentiality is respected at all times.

Testimonials

I joined the Vicky’s adult group coaching course in early 2021 after learning about the link between ADHD and hypermobility in 2019. I spent 2020 learning about ADHD but didn’t push a diagnosis. From joining online forums I was convinced I wouldn’t be referred for diagnosis and even if I was it would take years. Joining the group made me realise I wasn’t imagining it. I met people with similar stories. I learned more about how ADHD affects the brain, about dopamine and learned about new resources. Some of what Vicky taught us helped me to adapt new coping techniques and some of it helped me to understand how my brain works and the impact of ADHD. Joining the group gave me the push to speak to my GP again. It gave me the confidence but also the knowledge of how to present what I wanted to say in a way that would be listened. Within 9 weeks I had been diagnosed. Without Vicky I don’t think I would have had the courage to push for a diagnosis at that time and the impact for me has been life changing. I still struggle – some days more than others but now I understand my brain better and it’s a much better place than I was before. Before the group I couldn’t understand why I felt different to other people, why I acted different and now I can accept who I am.

Vicky has helped me in a time of need to wrap my head around neurodivergence and make an actionable plan of working on my goals. She is an incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable person who can support with understanding your diagnoses (even before it’s official). It was very nice to be part of a group of people going through the same process, helped me feel like I wasn’t alone! And now it seems like everywhere I go there’s other neurodivergent people 🙂 Seems like we’re a tribe. Vicky is passionate about learning more and is creative in her approach making it super engaging and interesting. I am very grateful for the one to ones as they helped me feel like I can do this and I took the leap to start my business properly which is still going strong. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Vicky!
