About Vicky
Vicky’s mission & vision is around Empowering Change as an ADHD Coach. Vicky is honest in her work and has the honesty, integrity and insight into the world of ADHD to enable you to understand your ADHD and a way forward.
Vicky’s journey through the world of Neurodiversity is both personal and professional. Diagnosed with Dyslexia at 35, followed by ADHD and Dysgraphia a decade later, and more recently Autism Spectrum Condition, Vicky’s firsthand experiences have been nothing short of challenging. But it’s these very challenges that have equipped her with a deep understanding of neurodivergent individuals and the unique hurdles they face.
Experience
As a seasoned Youth & Community Development Worker and now Coach, Vicky leverages her insights to guide others with ADHD. Her approach is rooted in empathy and tailored strategy—recognising that each person’s neurodiversity is as unique as the individual themselves.
Vicky has a unique skillset within her qualifications as being neurodiverse lead her to embark upon many interests and vocational routes in her life. As well as undergoing her qualifications in youth work, starting at the young age of 16, she has also undertaken Arboriculture and Urban Forestry, ongoing CPD for self-development, VTCT body massage/Indian head massage, and others as well as undertaking a general Progression Coaching Course.
In her sessions, Vicky combines attentive listening with targeted questioning to unearth the specific areas where you’re struggling. She layers this with theoretical insights to help you grasp the behaviours and underlying reasons, fostering a deeper understanding of your ADHD.
Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey? Vicky’s commitment to lifelong learning and development is centered on empowering you to discover and harness your strengths. Let’s explore your unique path together and create strategies that resonate for you.

Vicky is now close to completing the first year of the 2 year Professional ADHD Coaching Diploma through the ADHD Foundation – the first of its kind. She is working alongside a strong cohort of amazing people from teachers, coaches, ex police, social workers, youth workers, mental health workers and those already working specifically in the field of neurodiversity.
The course promises to bring cutting-edge information & training specific to supporting those with ADHD.

I joined the group in early 2021 after learning about the link between ADHD and hypermobility in 2019. I spent 2020 learning about ADHD but didn’t push a diagnosis. From joining online forums I was convinced I wouldn’t be referred for diagnosis and even if I was it would take years. Joining the group made me realise I wasn’t imagining it. I met people with similar stories. I learned more about how ADHD affects the brain, about dopamine and learned about new resources. Some of what Vicky taught us helped me to adapt new coping techniques and some of it helped me to understand how my brain works and the impact of ADHD. Joining the group gave me the push to speak to my GP again. It gave me the confidence but also the knowledge of how to present what I wanted to say in a way that would be listened. Within 9 weeks I had been diagnosed. Without Vicky I don’t think I would have had the courage to push for a diagnosis at that time and the impact for me has been life changing. I still struggle – some days more than others but now I understand my brain better and it’s a much better place than I was before. Before the group I couldn’t understand why I felt different to other people, why I acted different and now I can accept who I am.

Vicky has helped me in a time of need to wrap my head around neuro-divergence and make an actionable plan of working on my goals. She is an incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable person who can support with understanding your diagnoses (even before it’s official). It was very nice to be part of a group of people going through the same process, helped me feel like I wasn’t alone! And now it seems like everywhere I go there’s other neuro-divergent people 🙂 Seems like we’re a tribe. Vicky is passionate about learning more and is creative in her approach making it super engaging and interesting. I am very grateful for the one to ones as they helped me feel like I can do this and I took the leap to start my business properly which is still going strong. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Vicky!
