Dog with welcome sign

I wanted to give you a very warm welcome to Hat full of Bees.

Now, writing doesn’t come easy to me, I have to find ways of getting information on paper otherwise, this blog, for example would just say “Welcome to Hat Full of Bees”, the end.

We are by nature a set of decisions and actions that have to take place in a sequence that makes sense. And if you are not good at sequences then nothing goes on the paper.

So, what is the answer?

That is what I am about, it is what we are about. We are on a mission of discovery. A mission of self-discovery, self-awareness and in turn, supporting others on their journey as well.

You acknowledge your feelings, resource yourself and find a way.

Neurodiversity is not new. We all have different brains. However, when we are looking at Neurodiversity in the context of the conditions we are discussing here – ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism etc, there is a different that for some can mean a significant impact on their day to day lives. We need to understand, but with more understanding, the more the questions come.

Adults and children alike are being diagnosed or are waiting for diagnosis, as a way of understanding and then looking for tools to help themselves and their families, not as a cop out. If we cop out, we are not doing anyone any favors.

So, I am here to work and here to widen understanding of these differences, these (in our society) disabilities, and work with people to find solutions on their journey. We are an ever-moving feast, we are not static, we are human. We change, we evolve, and we become stuck. That is normal, but when ‘stuck-ness’ is where you live, doing something about it can change your quality of life. There are many reasons why we get stuck, and having someone who understands the complexities of neurodiversity and can help guide you through and support with strategies can change your viewpoint and move you forward. It is often the case we will put time and effort into others, but not ourselves.

Coaching is a way of supporting you to process change. If you want to know more, reach out.
